Shipping Policy

Posted shipping charges are calculated at the time of shipping and apply to the Continental US only.

For orders shipping outside the US, you pay the carrier’s full cost. We will call you for approval prior to charging your credit card.

Because of the size and weight of large jet pumps & motors, the shipping rate is $40.

For other large items, (Lower Control Packs, Heaters, Retrofit Kits or Ultra Pure Plus Assemblies), the shipping rate is $19.

If the parts you request are in stock, we aim to ship all orders received by 12 PM by 4 PM the same business day. (Weekends excepted and Holiday’s).

Customers are expected to inspect their package and product after delivery. Damage claims or claims for missing parts are accepted for 10 days after delivery. If Easy Spa Parts agrees to replace a missing or damaged in shipping item after this inspection period has lapsed, customer will be responsible for shipping both ways.

Special Shipping Quotes:

Plumbing hose, cabinet trim and panels, and larger bulk orders will be charged at our actual shipping cost. We will call you for a special shipping quote on these items.

Payments Processing: The initial charge on your card is a pre-authorization only. This allows us to clarify or update your order if necessary.

Return Policy:

Unused parts can be returned within 45 days, for full or partial credit, less shipping, depending on the condition we receive them in. *The customer is responsible for shipping in both directions. Please see below return request form.

All returns must be authorized. To initiate a return, please fill out this form Return Request Form (for warranty claims you must fill out the warranty claims form below).

We will review your request and contact you with further instructions on how to proceed. If you return an item without authorization, you will not be refunded.

Non-Returnable Products: Returns cannot be accepted if the product has been installed, or has had installation attempted, except in cases of warranty. Please make sure you have purchased the correct part before installation. Do not install an upper control with silicone before testing them. Do not cut cords or cables.

  • Any special-order items are non-returnable
  • REFURBISHED ITEMS are not returnable after 90-day warranty (subject to inspection and approval) as this cannot be reordered since it is not normally in stock.
  • Except for warranty, installed products cannot be returned (circuit boards, topsides, or anything that has been altered or used). Please make sure you have the correct part before installation.
  • *Control Systems and circuit boards are not plug-and-play. They will require correct component voltage set-up and spa configuration. Please see the “Technical and Installation” on product pages. Please also reference the wiring schematics on the back side of the spa pack cover and circuit boards. Never buy a board based off appearance.
  • The appearance of a part often changes as manufacturers make changes and updates over the years. This is no way affects functionality, and we cannot accept those returns due to the change in part appearance.
  • Items that are not in their original received condition cannot be returned (for example, missing parts or components, residue, scratches, dirt.
  • Filters can only be returned is in their original packaging.
  • Mechanical and electrical parts such as fuses, transformers, sensors, flow switches, etc. cannot be returned.

Credit will be issued, less shipping, upon return and inspection of the items in question. Return Request Form

If the item has no signs of any usage, we can issue a full or partial refund, less shipping, of your order depending on the condition of the product.

The customer is responsible for shipping charges back to Easy Spa Parts.

Upon return of the item, in good condition, your credit card will be refunded within 5 business days.

Restocking Fee: A restocking fee of 15% may apply to all standard returns unless the return is for a defective product covered under warranty. Restocking will be waived on standard returns if you place an order to replace the product you are returning. Return Request Form

Shipping Charges are not refundable.

Missing Items Policy 

If there’s a missing item, kindly reach out to us within 24 hours or on the first business day at techhelp@easyspaparts.com This will enable us to promptly address the issue of the damaged or missing item.

Warranty/Defective Items Policy:

Easy Spa Parts supports the manufacturer’s warranty for all purchased items. We are not liable for any injury, damage, or loss of property or life resulting from the malfunction or incorrect use of our products. Our responsibility extends to replacing defective items, provided the circumstances align with the manufacturer’s warranty.

*Return shipping labels are provided for warranty claims for up to 30 days. For any warranty claim over 30 days from purchase date, the customer may be responsible for shipping back the defective product, if required by the supplier/manufacturer.

*Parts manufacturers require technical inspection to determine whether a part is defective and covered under warranty terms. This is normally done after the item is returned, but Easy Spa Parts may have a technician contact you via phone or email to review.

Returned items exhibiting physical damage are not classified as a manufacturer’s defect and therefore do not qualify for coverage under the manufacturer’s warranty.

Defective parts under 90 days old:

*Return shipping labels are provided for warranty claims for up to 30 days. For any warranty claim over 30 days from purchase date, the customer may be responsible for shipping back the defective product, if required by the supplier/manufacturer.

The customer is responsible for shipping charges of the defective part back to Easy Spa Parts.

For approved warranty parts over 90 days old, you will be pre-charged for the replacement product.

Upon return of the defective item, in good condition, your credit card will be refunded within 2 business days.

Parts with cut cords or cables cannot be refunded.

Easy Spa Parts is not responsible for shipping costs on parts sold outside the lower 48 states.
