Shipping Policy

We don’t charge your credit card until the end of our business day. This allows us to clarify or update your order if necessary.

Posted shipping charges are calculated at the time of shipping and apply to the Continental US only.

For orders shipping outside the US, you pay the carriers full cost. We will call you for approval prior to charging your credit card.

Reorders of Vision Sanitizing Cartridges ship freight prepaid.

Because of the size and weight of large jet pumps & motors, the shipping rate is $40.

For other large items, (Lower Control Packs, Heaters or Ultra Pure Plus Assemblies), the shipping rate is $19.

Plumbing hose, cabinet trim and panels will be charged at our actual shipping cost.

If the parts you request are in stock, all orders received by 12 PM will ship by 4 PM the same business day. (Weekends excepted and Holiday’s).

 

Expedited shipping arrangements are available upon request. 

Return Policy:

Unused parts can be returned within 45 days, for full or partial credit depending on the condition we receive them in.

The customer is responsible for shipping in both directions.

Do not install an upper control with silicone before testing them.

Do not cut cords or cables.

Credit will be issued upon return and inspection of the items in question.

If you want to return an item, please contact us at techhelp@easyspaparts.com with your invoice number, image of the product and reason for the return to have an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number.

If the item has no signs of any usage, we can issue a full or partial refund of your order depending on the condition of the product.

The customer is responsible for shipping charges back to Easy Spa Parts.

Upon return of the item, in good condition, your credit card will be refunded within 5 business days.

Restocking Fee: A restocking fee of 15% may apply to all standard returns unless the return is for a defective or damaged product covered under warranty. Restocking will be waived on standard returns if you place an order to replace the product you are returning.

Shipping Charges are not refundable.

Defective Items Policy:

Defective parts under 90 days old:

For any defective part under 90 days old, notify us via email at techhelp@easyspaparts.com with your invoice number and the reason you believe the product is defective.

Parts manufacturers require technical inspection to determine whether a part is defective and covered under warranty terms. This is normally done after the item is returned, but Easy Spa Parts may have a technician contact you via phone or email to review.

Once the warranty is approved, the item will be replaced at no charge for part and outbound shipping.

The customer is responsible for shipping charges back to Easy Spa Parts.

For approved warranty parts over 30 days old, you will be pre-charged for the replacement product.

Upon return of the defective item, in good condition, your credit card will be refunded within 2 business days.

Parts with cut cords or cables cannot be refunded.

Defective parts over 90 days old:

For any defective part under 90 days old, notify us via email at techhelp@easyspaparts.com with your invoice number and the reason you believe the product is defective.

Warranty Policy:

Easy Spa Parts supports the manufacturer’s warranty for all purchased items. We are not liable for any injury, damage, or loss of property or life resulting from the malfunction or incorrect use of our products. Our responsibility extends to replacing defective items, provided the circumstances align with the manufacturer’s warranty.

8000-D19 M-Drive Upper Controls carry a 2-year warranty. All other controls and parts carry a 1-year warranty.

Returned items exhibiting physical damage are not classified as a manufacturer’s defect and therefore do not qualify for coverage under the manufacturer’s warranty.

Missing Items Policy 

If there’s a missing item, kindly reach out to us within 24 hours or on the first business day at techhelp@easyspaparts.com This will enable us to promptly address the issue of the damaged or missing item.

Easy Spa Parts is not responsible for shipping costs on parts sold outside the lower 48 states.
