Dimension One Spas PC Board
There are 2 things you can do to promote a longer life for your spa pc board. 1. With the power to the spa off, check each connection where a wire or plug is attached to the pc board. Tighten all loose connections. 2. When you know a lightning storm is coming, turn off power to the spa at the GFI until the storm passes. This prevents a power surge from damaging your Dimension One Spa pc board.
Keep your portable hot tub clean and inspect all electronics when doing routine maintenance to stay on top of any issues before they become a real problem.
The @Home Spa Series from Dimension One Spas is a bit unique. If the hot tub pc board needs replacing, the complete 01782-1000 pack must be replaced. Unfortunately, the pc board is not available separately. The benefit of this is having all new electronics in the equipment area as well as a new heater and sensors. Install this and you probably won’t have another electrical issue for 10 more years. Hot Tub Circuit Board FAQs
My upper control panel display is blank. What happened?
Several things can cause this condition. If you are lucky, the main transformer fuse has blown and needs replacing. The control panel itself may need replacing or the pc board may have problems. Give Easy Spa Parts a call for help troubleshooting the issue.
Is my spa pc board still available?
Most are in stock and available to ship the same day. A few are not made anymore. We can suggest a company that repairs older circuit boards to keep your hot tub running.
Can I replace a circuit board myself?
Replacing a circuit board can be a little tricky, so we can suggest whether you should get a spa technician or electrician to do the work. On some of the more current units, we made 4-page, 4-color wiring diagrams to make the work easier. The diagrams include large arrows and numbers so wire locations are simpler to find.
Do all hot tubs have replaceable pc boards?
In this day of plug and play, some of the newer hot tubs don’t have replaceable circuit boards. Instead you purchase and install the complete lower control pack.
